The magnetic LMK418 kit is the fastest way to upgrade fluorescent lighting to energy-efficient LED while maintaining the existing look. Equipped with rare earth magnets, this two-piece retrofit kit snaps into your existing troffer and holds. Lamp holders are not used, so no re-wiring is required. Here’s how simple it is:
- Remove the existing bulbs and disconnect the ballast
- Use the provided jumper to connect the 1st and 2nd LMK418
- Magnetically attach the LMK213 to the troffer
- Connect power via wiring quick connector
- Close up the fixture and restore power
